Sara sold our Sedona house last year. She knows her job. We needed to get it sold as fast as possible. I am going to jump past the basic stuff and get to the heart. We did two surveys of the area. She did her homework. She challenged me at every turn. She would say, " You can do what you want or you can so you can listen to me and sell the house." She had it repainted. I liked it the way it was. She staged it. I liked it the way it was. I challenged her. She said, "It is not your house anymore." First, decide if you really want to sell your house. If you really do, she will get you the most available. I learned alot. BTW, we sold in 19 days and within 10k of asking. Other homes had been on the market in the same area for several months. She has amazing people skills in recognizing the situation and then acting accordingly.
